Champions Lane Community Outreach was founded by community leaders who recognize the growing need for a community based organization dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness, supporting cancer patients, and assisting families facing hardship with compassion, dignity and hope. Champions Lane Community Outreach was founded to bring hope, compassion, and practical support to individuals and families facing life’s challenges.
We believe everyone deserves access to essential resources, encouragement, and the opportunity to thrive. Through community partnerships and the generosity of donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
